Without an account

Planning, shooting, live vlog mode and the diary work without an account. Everything stays on your iPhone, and your clips are saved where you choose (Photos, iCloud Drive).

With an account

When you sign in (to sync between devices, invite a second shooter, use server AI credits or server storage), our server keeps your account (name, email, how you sign in), your projects (shot lists, the clip log, the diary and transcript moments you sync) and, only on the storage plan, the clips you upload.

AI

The shot-list AI is your choice: Apple's model on this iPhone, our server, or your own key. Guided picks are sent to our server only when you choose the server; the free-text note is sent only after you agree to it. Our server passes the request to an AI provider and keeps a usage record (time, outcome, token counts), not the answer.

Diagnostics

When you send a diagnostics report from Settings, the app log and your note are stored so we can fix the problem.

Deleting

You can delete your account in Settings. A copy is kept for 30 days in case of a mistake, then removed. When a storage plan ends, server clips stay downloadable for 30 days, then they are deleted.
